🔔 4. Notifications – Set When Messages Are Sent

The Notifications section is where you choose the event that will trigger your
SMS or Email.

NotifyEZ supports events in three main categories:

  • Customer events – e.g. when a new customer is created or updated
  • Order events – e.g. when an order is created, paid, cancelled, or
    fulfilled
  • Product events – e.g. when a product is back in stock or its stock level
    changes

You select the channel, pick a category and event, choose who should receive the
message, then continue to set the content.
